Education
I built my academic journey across Vietnam, Italy, and the Czech Republic, earning a Bachelor’s in Human Resource Management from the National Economics University and a Master’s in International Management at the University of Messina (graduated with highest honors).Through my Erasmus exchange in Prague, I worked on real-world HR and sustainability projects with companies like Coca-Cola HBC, shaping my global perspective on people, business, and impact.
Experience
My experience sits at the intersection of HR and creativity from managing 600+ onboarding cases and launching a “Buddy Program” at Techcombank, to working in talent acquisition and employer branding at Coca-Cola HBC.I’ve also led social media and HR initiatives within the Erasmus environment, reaching over 1 million views and driving strong engagement, while currently supporting a startup as a project coordinator, aligning operations, strategy, and growth.
